Ludhiana: Two men were arrested by the Punjab police after they allegedly snatched the mobile phone of an international traveller. The police claimed that the duo were arrested within 48 hours of the crime.
According to the Ludhiana police, the complainant was identified as Aspen, a Norwegian citizen. The European traveller was passing through the Punjab city as a part of the Solo World Cycling Tour when the incident happened.
