By Prachi Arya: After a long wait, Akshay Kumar kick-started his The Entertainers Tour with the first show in Atlanta. The actor has been accompanied by Sonam Bajwa, Disha Patani, Nora Fatehi, Aparshakti Khurana, and Mouni Roy for the tour. On Friday, March 3, the actors set the stage on fire with their first electrifying performance in Atlanta.
AKSHAY KUMAR’S ATLANTA CONCERT
Akshay Kumar, along with the leading ladies of his tour, was spotted earlier making an appearance on The Kapil Sharma Show. After jetting off to the US, the stars gave their first performance in Atlanta. Videos from the housefull event and power-packet stadium have gone viral on social media.
For their performance, Akshay and Nora grooved on Main Khiladi, a song from the actor’s latest release Selfiee. They showed some energetic dance moves on stage and ended the act with a hug. However, the interesting point of the entire show remained Akshay’s dance in a red lehenga. Yes, you got that right. The Bollywood Khiladi wore a red lehenga over his black outfit. As soon as Nora joins him on stage in a short red shimmery outfit, he removes the lehenga and comes out in a shimmery black formal outfit.
Mouni Roy, Sonam Bajwa, Disha Patni and Aparshakti Khurana are also a part of Akshay’s The Entertainers tour. They will be visiting various cities in the US to perform live for the audience.
AKSHAY KUMAR’S THE ENTERTAINERS TOUR
On March 4, Akshay Kumar shared a video on Instagram where the entire team can be seen reciting the gayatri mantra before the beginning of the show. Many background dancers and other crew members are also seen reciting the mantra while standing in a big circle. He captioned the video and wrote, “Shuru karein #TheEntertainers tour lekar prabhu ka naam (starting The Entertainers tour with the name of God). Let’s rock it Atlanta! Looking forward to a great show. #GoodVibesOnly. (sic)”
